Step 1 - brief and drawing
You send a sketch, a reference photo or a competitor sample. We reply with a technical drawing, a specification sheet and a quotation broken down by frame, foam, fabric and hardware. Nothing is cut until you approve the drawing.
Step 2 - sample
A pre-production sample is built, usually in 10 to 15 working days. We photograph it from six angles and send it. You approve, or you list changes and we rebuild. This is the stage where changing your mind is still cheap.
Step 3 - tooling and materials
Fabrics are ordered against your colour reference, labels and packaging are printed, and any custom hardware is produced. Get the sealed fabric sample sealed and signed at this point.
Step 4 - production and inspection
Production runs in batches. We photograph the first off-tool unit, run the inspection checkpoints, then book the container and send the loading photos.
Step 5 - documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and, where required, a fumigation certificate. Send us your own label artwork and barcode rules early - relabelling a loaded container is expensive.
